Expenses

When you are insured by a Dutch health insurance company, the largest part of the care expenses will be caried by the Dutch care insurance of the Zorgverzekeringswet. When you have a foreign health insurance company, this company needs to contact the administration of Kuria concerning the payments.

What are your expenses?

• A service fee of € 10 per day. This fee will not be reimbursed by your Dutch health insurance company.
• Medication that requires a statutory contribution.
• Treatments which are not reimbursable by your health care insurance company.
• Expenses with respect to personal laundry, telephone, visitors staying and their meals.
